GoToMeeting is an app for joining or hosting video conferences. It was developed by LogMeIn and is now available for free on Android and iOS. The app is also available on desktop and offers the same experience. It has more than 10 million downloads in Google Play and has an average rating of 4.2.

Features: More Than Basic

The most logical way to start the GoToMeeting review is to describe the app’s features. At its core, GoToMeeting is a standard video conference app, but it also has lots of new features. First of all, to join or host a conference in GoToMeetings you do not have to create an account or sign in. 

The second great feature of this app is that you can easily demonstrate your screen or see the demonstrated screen of your conference mates. 

There are also several additional features in GoToMeetings: with this app you can hand off presentation controls to other participants, receive alerts before the start of the meetings and many more.

Design, interface & usability: Average Usability

In terms of the user interface design, GoToMeeting is a pretty average app. It’s user interface corresponds to modern standards: there are several sections, each responsible for different features. However, the navigation is not really comfortable as the buttons are not fixed at the bottom. 

Inside the calls, things get better: the buttons are available as an overlay. Each of them is easily accessible, and it is comfortable enough to switch between the shared content in the conference.
